Growth Operator & Analyst — Baltimore, MD
I turn vague growth problems into systems, analysis, and actions.
I work on growth problems that don't fit neatly into one function — analysis, workflows, experiments, CRM and process fixes, figuring out where marketplace supply or demand is constrained. Most days that means connecting data, operations, sales, marketing, and product so a team can actually decide and execute, using SQL, Python, and dbt to do it.
Off the clock: 10 years playing prop, lock, and 8 man for a club rugby team that's picked up two international titles and a national one, and the rest of the time raising an 18-month-old.

Own cross-functional operations across sales and marketing — lead sourcing, enrichment, and routing workflows, experimentation from intake to rollout, and the analytics and KPI reporting the team plans against. Cut cost per lead roughly 50% in six months through disciplined test design.
Managed end-to-end sales process execution across inside and field teams, from marketing handoff through qualification, financing, and close. Built coaching cadences and trained account managers to improve ramp and consistency.
Drove regional operational execution across multiple locations, closing performance gaps through coaching plans, operational fixes, and inspection routines. Managed labor planning and payroll to keep staffing demand-driven and budget-compliant.
Every parcel in Baltimore City's real property file (238,382 records), matched by owner mailing address to surface LLC and absentee ownership. Interactive owner-to-property map, distance analysis, and an ownership leaderboard.
A members-only app for a 27-plot community garden — monthly task claims, event job sign-ups, a plot map, and a bulletin board, running on real Supabase data for real neighbors.
The anti-Connections game — build four new groups that each contain exactly one word from every hidden category, without ever matching one by accident.
